How long does it take for an agent to do
an in person appraisal?
Typically, it takes around 10 - 20 minutes to come and meet the owner, get some basic facts on the property, understand the owners situation and get the all important grand tour. The agent should have the appraisal back to the owner 1 - 2 working days.
How long does it take for an agent to generate a digital appraisal?
An owner should have the digital appraisal with in 24 hours of requesting one.

Yes! You as a purchaser need to know exactly what you’re buying into to ensure there’re no defects. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a stand alone property, apartment, terrace housing or a town house. Usually, you’d want to have seen a few properties before hand before commissioning one because building inspections can be pricey.
